Club Membership fees are non-refundable. In the event of a medical injury that prohibits a member from active play, the member may cease their current year membership by submitting a medical certificate within two weeks of the injury. If all is in order, the member may be granted a pro-rated discount on the next year's membership. The discount is 80% if membership is ceased on or before June 1; then for every week after June 1 the discount is reduced by an additional 10%; after July 20th, there is no discount.

The KTC Clubhouse Credit is non-refundable and must be used during the season to purchase Clubhouse products (food, beverages and tennis balls). Any balance remaining in the Clubhouse Credit account at the end of the season (ie: when the Clubhouse closes for the season) reverts to KTC.

KTC Program Registration Fees (Junior/Adult Group lessons/clinics, etc), are non-refundable.  However, if a customer requests a refund of fees due to an exceptional circumstance or a documented medical issue - a refund, at the sole discretion of KTC, may be approved. If a refund is approved, an administrative fee will be deducted from the agreed upon refund amount ($8.00 administrative fee for programs costing $49.00 or less, $30.00 administrative fee for programs costing $50.00 or more). The refund amount, less the administrative fee will be processed back to the credit card used to make the payment.

KTC Court Booking Infraction Fee:  To secure a court, KTC members may book a court on-line up to two days in advance of the court date.  If the member no longer wants the court, they must cancel the court a minimum of three hours in advance of the booking to avoid a fee.

KTC members will be charged a Booking Infraction Fee fee of $20.00 (prime time) or $10.00 (non-prime time) for late court cancellations and for court no shows.  The fee will be waived if the late cancellation or no-show is due to weather, however, it is the member's responsibility to request that the fee be waived.

Private Lesson fees are payable after a lesson is completed. However, clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change a lesson and if this notice is not provided, the full lesson fee is immediately due and payable. Overdue lesson fee charges will be processed to the credit card on file.

KTC fees are due and payable upon completion of the service.  Outstanding fees will be processed to the credit card on file. Members are responsible for the unpaid court fees of their guests.
