MEMBER HOSTING RULES

1. Members shall book the court with a non-member only after the guest has created a non-member account.

   1. Non-members must be booked onto the court (guest walk-ons, not allowed),.

2. Members are reminded that a guest fee is charged to the non-member's account when the court is booked.​

   1. If the planned play is cancelled, the member is responsible for cancelling the court to ensure the guest fee charge is removed from the guest's account.​

   2. Cancelling the court booking automatically deletes the pending court fee charge.

   3. If the member is unable to complete the court cancellation via the membership system, the member is asked to email info@kildonantennisclub.ca to request the court cancellation.

      1. If a cancellation is due to poor weather, KTC will waive the Booking Infraction Fee, please indicate the late cancellation situation in the email.​
