Member and Employee Code of Conduct
Kildonan Tennis Club is an inclusive, welcoming, safe and encouraging place. All members and their guests demonstrate courtesy, respect and consideration for others, including our employees, guests and visitors, while on and off the courts.
It is the obligation of every member and employee to follow these guidelines:

We treat each other with courtesy, dignity and respect

We create a warm, welcoming, comfortable and friendly setting for all

We are helpful and supportive, doing what we each can to build a strong and sustainable foundation for the Kildonan Tennis Club

We understand and abide by the rules and processes established to ensure the safe, fair and effective operation of Kildonan Tennis Club

We ensure that our members and guests understand and follow these guidelines

Our behaviour and language embodies the best traditions of tennis, including:

Respectful language and behaviour at all times

Well established and proper tennis and court etiquette (see Tennis and Court Etiquette Document)

The Board of Directors retains the power to make decisions with respect to employment with or membership at KTC for any action or behaviour by a guest, member or employee, including those not specifically outlined in our Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines and the spirit which they embody may result in immediate removal from the premises, temporary suspension or termination of club membership or employment, subject to due process.
All members should show courtesy and consideration for others while on and off the courts. Please follow these guidelines. It is the obligation of every player to learn, know and understand the rules.
