GUEST POLICY

GUEST INFORMATION:

1. Guests must create a non-member account before playing at KTC

2. The member hosting shall include the non-member in the court booking

3. Guests may be hosted an unlimited number of times per season (guest fees apply)

4. Guest fees:

   1. $14.00 per visit for the first three visits*​

   2. $28.00 per visit for the fourth visit and thereafter*

   3. *Non-members that are a member at another Winnipeg outdoor tennis club will enjoy unlimited visits at $14.00 per visit

   4. A maximum of five (5) guest fees may be applied toward the purchase of a 2026 membership​

5. Guest Fee Waivers:​

   1. Members may use their complimentary guest pass to host a non-member for free​

   2. A non-member may be comped one time per season

   3. Non-members that have never played at the club before may use a free 1-day pass

   4. To use a complimentary or free 1-day pass, or to pay your guest's court fees, email info@kildonantennisclub.ca

6. Guest Fee Payment:​

   1. Please remit the fee after enjoying your court time​
