BOOKING RULES

You may:

1. Book up to two days in advance (after 6:00am).

2. Book a maximum of 1 hour for singles, 1.5 hours for doubles (you may book less time).

3. Book a maximum of two bookings per member, per day.

4. Book a maximum of one booking during prime time, per member, per day.

5. Book the KTC ball machine or personal ball machine on courts 4 or 5.

   1. Bring a ball hopper/bucket of balls onto courts 4 or 5.​

6. Book immediately before or after another booked slot or leave a minimum one-hour gap between the existing tennis court booking slots.

   1. Singles or doubles may be booked into a 90 minute gap​.

7. Book a court with a non-member guest - after the guest has created a non-member account.​

8. Cancel a court without penalty by cancelling three hours in advance of a booking.​

9. Late court cancellations will result in a Booking Infraction Fee (see late court cancellations/no-show section).

You may not:

1. Book consecutive time slots.

2. Book the KTC ball machine, your ball machine, or single person practice time during prime time.

3. Bring a ball hopper/bucket of balls onto courts 1, 2 or 3.

4. Not show up for your booked court (including leagues, ladders or tournaments).

5. No-shows will result in a Booking Infraction Fee (see late court cancellations/no-shows section).

Booking rule exceptions:

1. Private lessons and KTC programs (leagues, tournament matches, clinics and group lessons) may be booked weeks in advance of the booking date.

2. Lessons and clinics will be booked on courts 4 and 5 only.

Wait list booking:

1. If a court time that you wish to book is already booked by another player, click on the "Waitlist" icon and book the court as usual.

   1. The wait list applies to any court that becomes available at the wait list time. Ex: you book to waitlist on court 5 at 6:00pm, but court 1 becomes available at 6:00pm; this will activate the "Waitlist" feature (see #2 below)​.

2. If the court frees up at the desired wait list time, an email will be sent to you indicating the court is open to book.​

   1. If you still want the court time, you must book it, using the usual court booking process.

   2. The booking is on a first come/first serve basis. If you are the first player to book the court after receiving the wait list notification, you will secure the court booking and will receive the usual confirmation email.​

Late court cancellations/no-shows:

Booking infraction fee - $20.00 in Prime Time and $10.00 in Non-Prime Time.

1. Court cancellations shall be made at least 3 hours prior to booked court time.

2. Court cancellations that are less than 3 hours prior to booked court time will be charged the Booking Infraction Fee.

   1. The fee is waived if the no-show is due to poor weather.​

3. No-shows will be charged the Booking Infraction Fee.​
